Shipping & Returns
Shipping Information:
We use USPS to process all of our shipping. Orders placed in the US will be shipped within 24
hours and delivered within 2-6 business
days after they are shipped.
Any order placed on
the weekend or on a Holiday will be shipped the next available business day.
All orders will receive tracking information via email after your order is processed.
Returns
and Exchanges:
We
will happily return or exchange any un-worn Tre Pop Tee within 30 days of
original purchase date. If for some
reason you are unsatisfied with the Freshness of your order and would like an
exchange, ship it back to us and we will swap it out for a replacement in stock
item.
If your item is damaged when you receive it, please
contact us (immediately upon receiving the products) at: [email protected]
Items that have been washed,
actually worn or damaged in any way after they have been received cannot be
returned or exchanged.
Simply
send us your un-worn order and we will process a return minus shipping costs as
soon as we receive the merchandise. Upon
receiving the product(s) you return, after inspection and approval of the
return, you will be issued a refund.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of
payment and should be credited to your account within 2-5 days. For purchases made with a debit card / credit card,
please allow up to 30 days for the refund transaction to show up on your
account statement.
Paypal processes all purchases and refunds. For
